How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Pitbull supply produces quality products and we are so confident in our workmanship that if you are not satisfied with the quality of your Arete Supplies products you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund on the item purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

If you have ordered the incorrect size or need to exchange for a different product we will handle all exchanges with free postage. All items that leave our premises are closely inspected and items that have been used, soiled or damaged of the time the customer has had it will be questioned and may not be eligible for a refund or return.
